Trusted couriers ship all orders via Standard Delivery.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification. Please note this is a separate email from your original order confirmation.

Tax and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale on all orders via our website.

Returns

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number to complete your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Why isn't there a returns slip with my order?

We handle all our returns online. Contact Customer Support to initiate the returns process.

When will I recieve my refund?

Once we have received your items, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Then, we will notify you via email to let you know we've issued the refund. You can expect to receive the payment within 10 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel your order, please get in touch with Custom Support. Unfortunately, if your order has already been packed, then we are unable to cancel the order. However, once you have received the order, you can return it within 30 days.

Recieved a damaged item?

Unfortunately, some parcels may get accidentally damaged during delivery, but our Customer Support team will do their best to help.

Please email us the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name(s) of damaged items
  • Photo of the damaged goods.

An item is missing from my order?

If you've ordered many items, your order has most likely been sent in more than one parcel. The delivery courier can deliver these parcels at different times if sorted separately.

The item(s) you've ordered occasionally may need to be put in stock. If so, we will send you an email about this.

  • List any missing items
